I love spicy food so much and tonight, Ron and I decided to cook spicy fried chicken for dinner! I don’t really measure when I cook (sometimes, I do). Anyhow, I would like to share with you the ingredients that I use:
- Lemon and pepper powder
- Chili powder
- Cayenne powder
- Black pepper
- Kosher salt
- Flour
- Garlic salt
- Egg
- Canola Oil
- Chicken legs or thighs
First, wash the chicken. Pat them dry before putting in a bowl of beaten egg. Next, combine all the (spices) powder ingredients, salt, and flour. Season the chicken with this mixture. Then, place chicken skin side down into the pan. Cook chicken until golden brown on each side, approximately 10 to 12 minutes per side.
